Join Pearla weekdays at 6 am for Live Virtual Functional Fitness! Pearla is fun, energetic and passionate about sharing fitness with others.
She offers 3 new bodyweight circuit workouts that are rotated throughout each month.
On the final Friday of the month, she will review the next month's exercises with modifications. But no worries if you jump in on occasion as the workout is easy to follow!
You’ll love this all levels class. And if you’re new to working out, or have a strain or injury, Pearla will chat prior to class to discuss any modifications you may need. Approximately 45 minutes and includes warming up and cooling down.
